We offer programming on Train Heroic, mostly for wheelchair-bound athletes, but this can be modified for any ability.

Our programming is similar to the Conjugate (Westside Barbell) method.  We focus on strength, rehab, CORE, and balance, finishing with a regular “Metcon” to heighten heart rate and aid fat loss and muscle building.
